TERMS OF SALE

In-Stock Products Sale Terms

When you purchase in-stock products from us, you have the option to return items under certain conditions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply if the order has already left the warehouse. For returns to be accepted, items must be in their original, unopened, and resellable condition. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Pre-Order Items Sale Terms

We require 50% deposit to place the order for products not currently in stock. You may cancel such order within 72 hours of placement incurring only a 3% cancellation fee based on the total order amount. Cancellations made after this window will be refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

The remaining balance of 50% is due once the product has arrived at our warehouse and is ready for shipment. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened, undamaged, and in resellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Please note that you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for damages incurred to products during their return transit.

Custom Orders Terms of Sale

Custom orders require a 100% deposit at the time of ordering. If canceled after 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within this 72-hour window will incur a 3% fee based on the order amount. Due to the custom nature of these products, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submission to ensure the specifications meet their needs.

Reason for 3% Cancellation Fee

We charge a 3% cancellation fee on orders cancelled within the initial 72-hour window to cover the cost of credit card transactions. Our payment processor imposes these fees on us, and unfortunately, we cannot recuperate these costs otherwise. This charge helps us to partially offset the financial impact of processing these transactions.
